Here's The New Accept Lineup Live

Accept, featuring guitarist Uwe Lulis and drummer Christopher Williams, performing "Balls to the Wall." Most of you know I'm not a big Accept fan - this post is strictly for those of you that love 'em, especially Christian!

Wait, does this mean Hoffman is now the only original member?

Nevertheless, Accept is one of THE Greatest Metal Bands in History!

As great as Hoffman is, let's hope this goes the same way as Sabbath when Iommi was at one point, the only original member and then it almost came back to the complete original line-up.

Peter Baltes is also an original member ! And is an amazing and greatly underrated Bass Player

It has always been Wolf and Peter as the Main song writing unit in ACCEPT.

Ah, I prove my Metal ignorance, again. Seen 'em twice... Once in 1992 at Hammerjack's and in 2012 in Orlando. Speaking of Hammerjack's, pray for Charm City tonight!

They sound good to me.

This is one exception that proves the rule: both Accept and UDO go about their business, making music that fans like.

In this case, I don't think anyone is losing out.

Not the biggest fan myself. I do like Wolf Hoffman's guitar playing\tone but somehow most of their songs never really translated for me. They are an interesting band though. I can make a "best of" compilation of 10-12 songs for sure. (And 3-4 would probably be with newer lineup.)

People think about the gruff voice of UDO but early on they had a lot of power ballads (1 or 2 at least every album) that were sung by the bass player. Some nice stuff. Allison, check out their album "I'm a Rebel". Has early Judas Priest sounding tunes like the title track & "Save Us". And power ballads "No Time to Lose" & "The King" are great tunes too. A bit different from "Balls to the Wall". Some decent stuff.
