Def Leppard Vault Is Now Open
I signed up for advance "entry" into the Def Leppard vault and I checked it out a little yesterday. The vault is open for everyone to enjoy now. The website does have a lot of interesting history and tidbits about the band. There is even a section about wardrobe and jackets the members have worn over the years.
The Leps used their quarantine time to go through all their personal artifacts to help create the online museum. I applaud the effort and think more legacy bands should do the same. The content is a gift to fans. What a fun walk down memory lane!

Good on them for doing this for the fans. Seems like a win-win for everyone.
$100 gets you access to the front page of the website.
$1,000 gets you access to the menu.
$10,000 gets you access to a mariachi band doing covers of your favorite KISS tunes.
But . . .
For $100,000,000 you get access to interviews with Thayer and Singer, a postage stamp-sized, limited edition lithograph that features Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons (complete with autopen signatures and a certificate of authenticity), and exclusive access to a new greatest hits CD (at additional cost).
On the other hand, for $150 you can eat a sheet cake from Costco (I know they don't sell those anymore, so it has to be a tad on the dry side) with Vinnie Vincent while he tries, again and again, to get Peter Criss on the phone.
A party anytime?!?! I concur. When this virus stuff stops, we should try to get Allyson to arrange a gathering of the tribe. Pick a festival and have all of us show up, hang out, and enjoy each other's company.
Perhaps that is more than your note suggested. But I still think it would be great if the readers of this site had a chance to meet each other.
