Stay classy, Bkallday! Just because something is legal, doesn't mean it is right (from an optics standpoint or a moral one). And, just to be clear, I am _not_ making a judgment about your morals.

But I will say this: Gaetz is (allegedly) reaping what he (not allegedly) sowed. When you leave a slime trail of self-righteous braggadocio (I mean, is there any other kind?), don't be surprised when no one is surprised you were (allegedly) covering for gross behavior by calling out other people and their behavior. And, again, just to be clear: this has nothing whatsoever to do with his political affiliations.

Sleeping around with different ppl is also seen as immoral and not good from an optics standpoint but not everyone wants to have sex with the same person for the rest of their life, and as long as they’re being responsible, there shouldn’t be a problem imo. Smoking cigs & drinking alcohol are seen by most ppl as immoral & not good for optics but plenty of ppl do both. I just wish less ppl would worry about who’s sleeping with whom, especially when it’s legal. Usually the ppl doing so are so bored with their own stagnant sex lives, they lash out at others for living the life they wish they could be living. 17 & 18 aren’t that much different. If you’re old enough to vote or choose to fight for our country, I think you are old enough to choose who you have sex with. Agree to disagree as usual!

If Gaetz wants to have sex with a different partner everyday of the week so be it. The man is single and as long as everything is consensual. The gifts he buys his partners.... are they an exchange for sex? Maybe but what’s the different of an anniversary gift for your partner? The end result is the goal. The problem is the age of his partners. If she was 17 and 17 is illegal in that state, the person is considered a child. He or she can not give consent. The line has to be drawn somewhere. 17 seems old enough but not in the Laws eyes. It’s up to Gaetz to not engage in this conduct because if he did He is FU@KED.
