Pouring Sugar On Stuff

Def Leppard is touring this summer. To promote the tour, Joe Elliott made a video of himself... pouring sugar on stuff. Because of course he did.

Methinks Elliott looks to be in good shape (regardless the impact of that slimming black shirt). Good for him.

Oh, and the literal thing he is doing? Yeah. There's that. What next? Launching an actual satellite? A picture of him standing next to his wine? I wait . . . anxiously.

Be kinda nice if the Down n' Outz were doing a short opening set before Journey...

Ace, though it would be great to have Elliott do a short set with The Down n’ Outz (Quireboys minus Spike plus Elliott), wouldn’t that be a tall order for him considering it’s rigorous touring with him growling his screams every night that led to Def Leppard having to postpone touring for several months in the Winter of 2016?

Singing with The Down n’ Outz plus Def Leppard night after night would most likely lead to a similar outcome.

As it is, Elliott can barely sing his way out of a paper bag these days to begin with.

p.s. The video’s kind of a miss though I applaud the effort.

I'm with Metalboy on this - the spirit of the video is great, and it's fun that Joe is cool to be self-deprecating. But it's got a bit too much promotion in it and doesn't feel genuine.
