Songs I Never Need to Hear Again
So, here is my list of songs that I never need to hear again. This doesn't mean I think the song sucks...just that I can't really take it anymore without the grave desire to gouge my own eyeballs out with a spoon.
AC/DC - "You Shook Me All Night Long"
The Eagles - "Hotel California"
George Thorogood - "Bad To The Bone"
Golden Earring (or White Lion) - "Radar Love"
The Rolling Stones - "Angie"
Tom Petty - "Refugee"
And lately...as much as I hate to admit:
Poison - "Talk Dirty to Me." The Boneyard has absolutely played the living hell out of this song. It's getting to the point where I click the dial when I see this song pop on the display. Poison has a fairly deep catalog - play something else!
Do you agree with my list of overplayed songs? Give me your list.

..wait a Count Basie minute. I don't hear that on the radio. I don't listen that often to the radio. Just enough to hear a couple songs until most of the songs mentioned here is played and then I'm back to listening to "Little Ole Wine Drinker Me" by Dean Martin or some Miles Davis.
It's ironic to hear a song you grew up listening to and loving just to flip the dial when it comes on because it just hurts your head to listen to it again.
"And when they ask, "Who's the fool in the corner, crying?" I'll say, "Little old wine drinker, me."
About radio... I live in Czech Republic (small land in Europe). There are a little people, who love glam or hard rock, so we haven't good radio. It doesn't mean, that we haven't got radio, but they play only disko or hip-hop and horrible pop, you know...
sorry for my eglish :-X
