Miley Cyrus Goes Glam?

Briefly: People Magazine is reporting that Miley Cyrus has recorded a version of Poison's "Every Rose Has Its Thorn." Apparently Bret Michaels is on the recording too.

I don't think I have anything else to say about this. It's all just a little too insane for me. To be fair, Miley is apparently a huge Poison fan, which is cool. I'm just not sure I'll be able to take the teen-pop version of "Rose."

Oh and the fact is that glam is a minority in terms of music genres now (even with the uprising in Sweden and the twinkle of hope holding on in LA). And glam rockers should stick to their guns and keep true to who they are. But seeing someone connected to popular music come out and boast their love for glam should make you all happy and respect the recognition.

I probably have longer, bigger hair and wear more make-up than you ever have Metalboy ...and yet I'm even more knowledgeable than you too because I don't ramble on talking out of my ass.

People try becoming more articulated with music (UNLIKE METALBOY)(open up see whats good, whats bad and use common sense) and see how much more you respect your own genre (whatever it is, glam, or what not)
