Help Ron Keel Make A New Record
Friday, September 6, 2013 at 12:02AM
You know the drill by now: this is a crowd-funded project. Ron Keel wants to make a new record under the guise of the Metal Cowboy. The album will be out January 28 as a digital download and deluxe CD. As of this writing, Ron is already about halfway to his goal so I'm confident he'll get there. Check it out.

I know times have changed. I also know livin in New York entitles me to pay for everything. For instance, a county police officer makes on average $150 K. A teacher, $120 K, that teachers superintendent $220 K. Then when they retire they get golden healthcare coverage often $80-100 K pensions. Important jobs yes. But, c'mon.
Ron's new album should be a tax! Find a local politician who is a fan and get government support.
Woke up on wrong side today? Nah, I'm good :).
But Ron, ya shoulda been a cop or a teacher!
If egos could fund projects, you would have billions!
Now where's my $2500 laying around so I can have my own Keel show and kick him in the nuts...
On topic, I can't imagine Ron (or anyone who does this type of thing) expects anyone who is not a fan to donate, so what is the big deal?
Ask Kixchix about the inflated salaries, 'cause either her numbers are high, or she is.
Long Island, specifically Suffolk and Nassau counties. Your hired as an officer at $80+ K. With overtime and years your up there, well over $100 K, to start. Detective? $165 K easy. Public employees.
Also, Ron Keel is conceited. Gotta keep on topic!
If your a fan what's the differance between this and preordering your merchandise? Especially if it means that the album otherwise may never be released.
I will be supporting Ron and wishing him the best.
Just my two cents.
Salaries are public. I've search numerous names of officers. If your wife is 13 years suffolk, your lying.
I'm doing fine in private. Husband owns small biz and works. It's taxes. Check taxes to inflation ratio in last 40 years, if you can handle the "rigorous tests" you can do that. Being taxed for subpar services.
If your honest you'll admit it.
Peace
