'The Dirt' Progressing (Apparently)
Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 12:01AM
Looks like the Motley Crue biographic film The Dirt is moving forward... and will end up on Netflix and not get a big theatrical release. This doesn't surprise me.

Will Sandler be starring in this as their roadie? Will Spade play a young Neil, pining for a shot at metal glory?
I shouldn't be so harsh. This couldn't happen to a better project. Kudos, Sixx and Co., for putting out a product so good, that it is simply priceless (meaning: no one is going to pay to see this).
Related: I'll also watch the movie if and when it comes out.
Have a great weekend.
My apologies.
I will be turning 29 for the 28th time at the end of May and I've bingwatched Netflix every which way 'til Sunday to the point where I've seen all there is to see and have decided to temporarily turn it off until some of their better shows come back on with a new season's worth of more shows to bingwatch! I-YI-YIY-YIY!!!
Though I do quite enjoy "Peaky Blinders", "Stranger Things", and "House of Cards", "Bloodline" is my fave. I am simply waiting 'til those shows come back for another season before I start it up again..
As for "The Dirt", they should cast one of my buddies for the role of Vince Neil as he is a dead ringer for the man to the point where people mistake him for Neil and he plays along like he is!
You do know that you are getting close to 50, right? You once claimed to be in your mid-40s on this site in a response to me (the one where you let us peak into your gym where you tone those 'two tickets to a gun show' that the ladies, the ones that don't find your words off-putting, find so enticing). So how does age factor into your reply, really?
And, while Gary played milliner to the pinhead placed atop your ripples and ridges, I do have to say it (if only to clarify what was apparent): you pay for Netflix as a service, not for the individual shows thereon. So, again, the epic Crue flick will be distributed on a service that features Sandler's fall from grace alongside some choice movies from 2003 (a reference to the recent _Family Guy_ episode), and a better (granted) selection of television shows . . . some of which, yes, are original content.
Let me make one final comment. Oper8n provided a useful bit of content (thanks for the info, by the way) in a non-sequitur; your comments are almost always non-sequiturs, but so often not useful. When called on that point--again, and again, and again--you either go into a crouch and get silent, or double down on the odd lashing out that must be accompanied by spent spittle on your Gateway computer keyboard. Dude, get a Dell finally.
Better yet, self-monitor yourself so we don't have to step in and do it for you. That guy that always hi-fives you after your juicy retorts? That's you slapping your paw against a mirror. And you can't be a spotter for others if you are only flexing for yourself.
And now, back to our regularly scheduled program... More music... More music... More music...
And the fact that CrossFit for Kentucky can't--and that isn't true . . . he won't--admit a mistake or two, or an errant comment shot across the bow of some imagined Ship of Slights, only proves my point. Called on his gall, he is left to purposely ignore any and all comments I made and then end things with a cute Hot Topic abbreviation (I will leave the exclamation point alone, as this is not the grammar post he also regaled us with).
What, I ask, is wrong with admitting you made a mistake or lashed out unfairly? Nothing. But to lean into the skid that defines you on this site reduces most of what you want to discuss. And I am okay with that. Because, in spite of my walls of text, I will end with a spot-on observation: you still contribute to this site, bkallday. And that is a good thing. So I love the fact that you stick around. Your insistent persistence amazes me. But I want to think that Allyson's site is here for all of us. And it is. So how could I complain?
Hello, My name is FLETCH from the county. Someone contacted us to settle this dispute between Him, Bk and Mb! I came right over here and since I don't have a single original thought, my supervisor has instructed me exactly what to say to you three, particularly to you, Bk. STOP, or I'll have you kicked off of this website.
However, Bk, between you and me, I understand where you're coming from and on this particular issue, I agree with you and believe that on this thread, you were unfairly attacked, but don't tell anyone...that's between us. I'll do my best to have your back, but stop being such a jackass sometimes.
later in the day...Hey supervisor...I did exactly what you told me to do. Can I be elevated to your precious status now?
