What Would You Like To Discuss This Year?
I have also been toying around with the idea of a weekend free-for-all where either on a Saturday or Sunday, I post an interesting news feature I have read the week before. One of the best pieces of journalism I read in 2020 was from The Guardian called "The Man In The Iron Lung." Truly fascinating. I love longform journalism and just interesting pieces in general, so it would be fun to have a place to discuss such stories outside of Facebook. This is another reason for starting the BBG! book club - to have intelligent conversations with other readers while avoiding Facebook.
So sound off in the comments and tell me who or what you would like to read about this new year. We have 12 months ahead of us and a lot of ground to cover.
Here's a pro-shot Aerosmith concert from 2014 just because.

I just love playlists and probably would especially love a catered playlist by the others here from time to time to listen to.
- live album reviews
- classic reruns of older posts for people who were not here in the beginning
- Nothing political, world views, or virus related
Or perhaps a spotlight on the under-covered musicians who helped to make metal what it is today.
But, yes, playlists are nice too. Not gonna' whizz on other people's waffles if they like the syrup they are given.
The fact that you pose such a question, Allyson, again speaks to what makes this site special. Thank you.
