James Durbin, 'Evil Eye' -- New Video

I do not know what the difference between a music video and official "visualizer video" is exactly, but we have a new James Durbin clip to enjoy today. The "visualizer" is of the song "Evil Eye" which is on Durbin's upcoming solo effort due next month.

The new album is called The Beast Awakens and features lots of guest artists including Chris Jericho.

This song is better than the last release, given that he isn't trying to ape Dio's sound. But it is a pretty middle-of-the-road number. Not bad, as it has a certain retro charm to it. The guy certainly has the pipes. Wish him the best.

Side-note: I think the drummer delivered a pizza to my house the other day.

Never liked his voice. I always try. The music is pretty good. I applaud him for being flying the flag of our music. But I can’t get into it.
