Happy Father's Day!

Sweden's Nestor is back with a new song! It's called "Teenage Rebel" and the lyric video is available below. The song is the title track from the band's new album that just came out May 31. Get it, rock it, love it!

Extreme, 'Beautiful Girls' -- Official Video

This week, Extreme dropped their official video for the song "Beautiful Girls" from the album Six. It's definitely a laid back, summer tune. I like the nods to Eddie Van Halen and Van Halen in general in the song and vid, too (the kiss at the end!) There's also a reference to the 1990 Extreme track "When I First Kissed You" which was a nice touch. The video is also giving Beach Boys classic fun vibes too (especially with the band's styling) and the car choices. Love it all. Catchy as hell.

Warrant - Live Tonight!

I've been looking forward to this show for a long time! I'm seeing Warrant, FireHouse and the Bulletboys tonight. I have pit tickets and I'm wearing my new summer dress.

I'll have a show review sometime this weekend. Summer really begins for me after my first outdoor concert of the season. More later.

Def Leppard, 'Just Like '73' -- New Song!

Earlier today, Def Leppard debuted a fantastic new song called "Just Like '73" - in time for their summer tour with Journey. The song is catchy as hell, has a great chorus and is probably the best new music from the Leps in a long time. Can you tell I'm pumped? Download it. Pre-order it. Whatever. But get "Just Like '73!"

'Classic Rewind' Presents Def Leppard Live

For folks with SiriusXM, this will be good: Classic Rewind Presents Def Leppard. The station will air a performance from the Summer Stadium Tour 2024 Live at the LA Garage. I'll admit I am a little confused if the performance is tonight and just taped or if it will be livestreamed. Regardless there was a contest for someone to win passes to attend this show.

In the past, I've heard the full concerts during a special broadcast and then songs are cut as special live tracks for their respective channels. Octane does this a lot with modern metal bands.

Speaking of contests, SiriusXM is giving away a trip and tickets to see and meet Def Leppard and Journey in Phoenix this August. You do need to be a subscriber to win. I get nothing from mentioning this contest. I just the hope that one of us gets it!
