Holy Crap...Chinese Democracy Available on Pre-Order

Best Buy just posted a link on their website - offering pre-orders for Chinese Democracy. From what I can tell, the album will have many covers to choose from - and it will also be out on vinyl.

I am not going to pre-order this album. I want to go to the store and see just how many other people are buying Chinese Democracy on day one. I still predict a lot of in store sales - but the pre-order excitement will get to people and I expect a lot of fans will go ahead and buy now. At least charging ahead saves money on gas later.

I predict a lot more money in the pockets of Axl Rose very soon...

Guns & Roses will always be one of my favorite bands, but as far as I (and a lot of people) are concerned, this is not Guns & Roses, it's an Axl Rose solo album. I could be wrong, but I don't see there being a major interest in Chinese Democracy?

yeah definitely not gonna bother pre-ordering it, and i dont know if i'm even gonna buy it. I mean, its not Guns n' roses, its Axl Rose and crew.

I still didn't believe it when I read the recent news. I think there has been 13 or 14 rumored release dates for this album. Finally, this album will see the light of day. I hope it doesn't have any of the leaked stuff I have heard. If it does, its going to suck bad.

I'm not going to buy into the Axl hype, and I'm going to skip it on principle. I agree, it's not Guns it's Axl. I will enjoy a Dr. Pepper though...

I agree with Rob, if this is just the same as the leaked music that is out there, it's bad. Maybe 2 or 3 decent songs...the rest is terrible.

I will buy it, but I agree with Rob, all the leaked tracks sucked. I just like having everything that as the name of an artist I like, even if it's not them anymore and it blows.

i never liked the direction guns were heading in musically before they died and if this is in the same vein i won't be buying it. agreed it isn't guns at all, just axl's side group.

I'm only holding off on the PRE order because I want to see the "NO INTEREST" crowd when I go in to Best Buy the day of the release and laugh at the naysayers hahahaha!
Although I'm not getting a "warm fuzzy feeling" about this release...too much water under the bridge? With the right promotion and spinning Axl's eccentricities could make this release EXPLODE!
