Adam Lambert (and the "rest") Tonight!

Today, Eric and I are driving west to Indianapolis. We'll meet Heather, who drove several hours east, to attend one of the final American Idols Live! tour stops of the season. 

Now, there's no point in denying it: we're going to see Adam Lambert and no one else. In a perfect world, this would be Adam's tour and I wouldn't have to wait through hours of the "rest." Not that "the rest" don't have talent, but seriously: do I care about Danny Gokey or Michael Sarver? No. I care about Glambert.

Adam gets to sing quite a few songs on the tour and he does a David Bowie medley in true Glam fashion. He also does Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love" just like he did on American Idol during rock week. I'm pretty excited. Expect a show review tomorrow.

That was cool, but his dancing annoyed me. I absolutely love David Bowie, so I loved that, but I think i'd just prefer to see mr.Bowie do it.

I'm not a homophobe or anything but his stage moves are just a little too "gay" for me. He needs to bring some balls to the performance instead of dancing around like a chick. Still, no denying the kids got talent.

Those big, bold and crazy dance steps were perfect for folks like me who were kissing the back wall of the arena. I recently went to the AI Concert in Chicago. Our seats were dead center, in the upper deck. For some of the Idols, we couldn't see much (unless we looked at the big screens off to the side of the stage.) Yet we could still see Adam's set perfectly. Went to the concert because of Adam... and totally appreciate the dancing as much as the vocals, staging and costumes!

Dang...this guy is hot! The stage costumes and the hair it reminds me of the old Rock and Roll days when the guys would just grab women and start making out. I'd love to watch this kid in concert. Sign me up!
