Allyson's Favorite Top 5 Video Countdown - Number 2
Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 12:01AM I'm still sailing on Shiprocked, bobbing along in the ocean. Over the past few days, you've learned that I love videos by Michael Jackson, Poison and Aerosmith. Now it's time to find out which clip landed in the number two slot on my favorite videos of all time countdown.
When Appetite for Destruction was produced Guns n' Roses peaked. The band's musical legacy was etched in stone with that amazing debut and the sales from that record made the guys in the band very wealthy. All that wealth meant GnR had a ton of cash for videos. Enter the Use Your Illusion trilogy. I love all the videos in the trilogy, but my favorite is "Estranged" probably because I just love the song so darn much. I think the solo in "Estranged" is Slash's finest moment as a musician.
