Ratt, 'Eat Me Up Alive' - New Song

The guys in RATT have released another track off their upcoming release Infestation. The song is "Eat Me Up Alive" and it's good - but not as strong as "Best of Me." Stephen Pearcy's voice is a little too raspy on this track for my liking, but I love the guitars, so it sort of balances.

Infestation will be released 4/20. I've already pre-ordered my copy off Amazon.

great song. cant wait till this cd comes out. sounds like the old ratt n roll is back..... on a side note, check out the new scorpions and krokus cds. the scorps are kicking serious ass on the new cd. krokus does a cover of born to be wild. it has that old school rock sound, like ac/dc .

I respectfully disagree Allyson. I love Eat Me Up Alive. It's heavier sound than Best of Me and really makes me bang my head. Best of Me has that Reach For The Sky vibe while Eat Me Up Alive is more beginning Ratt. Like them both and pre-orderedy copy last night from Roadrunner Records. It comes with autographed CD and free instant download of EMUA. I know you can downloaded it free another way. But, being a huge longtime Ratt fan I also want the autograph with it. I got free shipping also.
I'm stoked about this from what I've heard so far.

Another good song from the new RATT CD. Definitely heavier than 'Best of Me', and DeMartini shreds on this track. I am impressed, and this will be the first RATT CD I plan on buying in nearly 20 years!

Damn good comeback. I also haven't purchased a new Ratt CD since 1990. Eat Me Up Alive smokes. I thought I was listening to a Halford CD. Good to see this band rise up and put out something to be very proud of.

WOW! Great great comeback song! I have been a Ratt fan for as long as i can remember and this is clearly their best work in ages. The Best Of Me was ok, i thought they could do better. They completely delivered with this track.
