Beavis & Butt-head to Return?
Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 12:01AM
Oh my Glam - Metal Hammer is reporting that Beavis & Butt-head just might be returning to MTV. I can't imagine MTV making room in their action-packed schedule of reality-driven crap for something quasi-music related, but hey, I hope I'm wrong. Beavis & Butt-head always entertained me. The show was not fair to Winger but maybe a new round of episodes could lessen the hate on Kip and Co.
I wonder what Beavis & Butt-head would say about modern metal? Or the fact that Winger has a new, awesome album? Apparently creator Mike Judge is working on 30 new episodes. We'll see if this rumor pans. Also, I wonder if Beavis & Butt-head would get new band T-shirts. Hmmm...

This also means I can't say that Winger outlasted B&B anymore either... :'(
I cant wait, and I hope its true.
Litterally, before that show came out, Tim and then my friend Dave played the role of Butthead. Dave took it to a whole other level.
We used to walk around NYC and the Hamptons looking at chix and stuff and going, "heh, heh... heh, heh..." like 24-7.
They may have these guys cutting down more than just old 80's stuff or just Metal. I have a feeling they're gonna be goofin' on Lady Gaga, Katie Perry and the like as well as MTV shows like "Jersey Shore"...
p.s. Winger was askin' for it and Beavis & Butthead should come over to your house, Bumble, because you deserve it, too!
I did not like them busting on Winger, but Winger's A&R did the most to derail their career. Pull is one of the best, heaviest, metalist, deepest rock albums ever, and what cheesy crap do they put out as the lead single? Down Incognito. If they put out serious videos for Junk Yard Dog and Blind Revolution Mad, they would have elevated themselves above the cheese that killed the movement, and their career would have continued.
