Is RATT Playing a Show in July?

Yesterday, one of my readers sent me a message, mentioning some "static" about a RATT show this summer.

This doesn't make any sense because 1) RATT are on hiatus and 2) Stephen Pearcy is working on a solo record and playing dates on his own. So what gives?

The date I found is July 31, 2011 at some club called 910 Live in Phoenix, Arizona. Pearcy already has solo gigs announced on his website, but he is definitely open on July 31, so it is curious to be sure.

So, I dunno. I'm going to email a person very-in-the-know and if I find out anything, I'll post an update. I love RATT and I want the band to get along and make music together. Their live shows are always a lot of fun...but I know things have been tense for the guys, so this one leaves me baffled.

I hate the fact that this group put out an unbelievable album and now they are not playing together AGAIN. I mean...come on. What a waste and I love love love this band

Agreed Brian, Agreed!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this band but I don't see an possible truth to them playing at all this year. I know Ally will keep us posted if she hears anything.

It is a damn shame they can't put their differences aside. The last album was great and I saw them this past summer and they put on one helluva show.

That last album is awesome. It is a shame. To be fair Ratt has had problems from even way back in the 80s; there was always tensions in the band. Would love to see them again though, Warren's always been one of my fav guitar players and the work he did with Carlos Cavazo on that last record was killer.

to CK- I have met Pearcy numerous times since the 80's and he was cool everytime, met Blotz once and he was a bit of a dick!

I saw Ratt at 910 Live about a year ago. I wouldn't be surprised if they came back in July. Great small venue show!

perhaps Steve's post is the answer. Ratt played a show at 910 Live in 2010 on July 31st. Whats the chances of the same band playing the same venue exactly 1 year later. maybe its just an internet mistake

I am my all friends are waiting of this show because we know very well important of this RATT show. Our all friends group want to create our own music company.
