Bret Michaels, 'Get Your Ride On' - New Video

Bret Michaels has a new song and video for "Get Your Ride On." The clip is to support motorcross. The song doesn't do much for me, but hey, you might dig it. Listen and let me know what you think.

Yawn.He really does need the songwriting ability of C.C. DeVille, doesn't he? That was awfully generic.

I wouldn't call this a song. This is clearly written to be a commercial, or intro to some motor cross event. That said, it sounds like ever other thing his solo career has produced.

The Sellout Continues!

Ya think Michaels woulda learned from his near brush with death that time is precious and whipped off cash grabs are a waste of time.

Where is "Look What The Cat Dragged In 2" (working title)?

Brett, take a lesson from Van Halen, Aerosmith, Ratt and Crüe (the latter 3 have forthcoming albums in the works), now do something with Poison!

Before it's too late!

"Micheals near brush with death" That made me laugh. At no point was he ever close to death. It was all hammed up to gain publicity. Those photos of him in the hospital bed with his bandana on proved how much of a fraud he is.

Dunno 'bout that, Impaler. As much as this guy continues to damage his reputation, I think he is so vain now that I don't find it hard to believe that he would actually be concerned about being photographed without his trademark bandana (what a shame that's what's become his trademark), even on his deathbed.

As much as his sold-outedness drives me crazy, I kinda respect him for taking pride in his appearance on the edge of death.

Old rock stars should promote new talent instead of themselves.
