Yes! Yes! Yes! Jake E. Lee!

What the world needs now is an end to war and more Jake E. Lee. I don't know how we easily fix the war problems, but it seems like our overdue need for more awesome Jake E. Lee guitar work is being answered. The other day in Las Vegas, Lee jumped onstage with a band known as Something Unto Nothing (featuring Brian Tichy). The band performed Led Zeppelin's "Rock and Roll" and Lee just couldn't resist.

I'm telling you, when the new Jake E. Lee album/project is finally finished, we're all going to be blown away. I can sense it in my gut!

That was killer! Jake should have never left the scene. If you listen back to some of the Badlands stuff it still holds up really well today. I'll definitely be checking out what he does next!

Jake's solos in "Bark At The Moon" (the song) still represent some of the best metal guitar work ever! He should be revered in the guitar community much more than he is. I think it was that he got lost in the shadow of Randy Rhoads' death and never got the credit he deserved.

Jake has a very unique style. He was an influence on me.. Bandland still stands up to this day. I really would liked to hear a good quality production of the music he did with Many Lion. However, Glad he is back!!!

Coincidentally, just last Thursday night, Me and the Boyz were intently watchin' an Import (ahem) DVD of ol' Jake with Ozzy at The US Festival '83. Lee is just out of frickin' control in that now what has to be legendary performance.

And you can still see his insane level prowess even in this throwaway performance with the cougar in the clip posted here. People, this is what a Rockstar looks like and, needless to say, PLAYS like! The man's still got IT in spades!

I heard his forthcoming album will involve multiple singers a la Slash (among other guitarsliger's projects) but it would great to see him form a band with a monster singer (Corabi?) and take it out on the road.

As some here have mentioned previously, M3 anyone?

Even though I posted it before, I watched it again. It really is great to see him perform in any capacity.

And if you watch it alongside one of his earlier videos, it is cool to note how seamless/timeless his persona is on stage.
