Cool deal for those who can't be there in person.

Out of curiosity, how many people from here are going to M3..?

Not going this year. Just don't care about half the bands on the bill this year and many i've seen so many times it just isn't worth the $$$ to travel this year.

I am bumming about missing RATT!!!! I DO LOVE ME SOME RATT N ROLL as many times as I can get it!!!

Aw, are you guyz kiddin'?! Original line-up of RATT (sans Crosby for obvious reasons, RIP) with Cavazo (who can give DiMartini a run for his money) is worth the price of admission alone.

But the classic line-up of Stryper (sans the original bass player)will also hold their heavy mass including some killer covers. Playing "Breakin' The Law", "Heaven And Hell" and "Shout It Loud", they out-Rocked 'em all on The Monsters of Rock Cruise in February. And unlike every band on that cruise except Rhino Bucket, they played zero ballads!

Loudness is going to be there and I am psyched to witness that. Then ya got Donn Dokken's Dokken plus Lynch Mob. Lynch Mob was beyond unbelievable on MORC. Skid Row are no slouches either, even without Bach. XYZ, too!

And for those who care, one-hit-wonder ("Queen Of The Reich") yodelers, Quennsryche will be there.

There really is a lot to miss. I will be there! If I can pull the bucks together at the last minute.

Either way, I'm all over the HD-Net Broadcast, whether I'm glued to it at home or DVRing it while I'm there. So awesome they are airing it. If only there was more of that kind of thing going on in the world like that!

Queensryche "one hit wonders?" HUH? 20 million records sold, 12 Top 40 Mainstream Rock hits, and a Top 10 pop single (Lucidity). For shame Metalboy!

I'll be there to see them HEADLINE THE FESTIVAL!

"Eyes of a Stranger"

"I Don't Believe in Love"

"Best I Can"

"Empire"

"Jet City Woman"

"Another Rainy Night (Without You)"

"Silent Lucidity"

"Anybody Listening?"

"Last Time in Paris"

"Real World"

"I Am I"

"Bridge"

"HEADLINE" or not... Ratt and Queensryche have the same amount of time.. so who care about "HEADLINE"..?

If Queensryche "HEADLINES" it will give those who don't wanna see all of the Queensryche set a chance to head to Clydes a bit earlier.

I still don't know why it matters who "HEADLINES".. Just enjoy the bands you want to see and respect the ones you don't.

Nah...

Queensryche is Unrock Prog.

Except for one song...

The one I consider to be their true hit...

And it has nothing to do with charting or sales...

That one great classic song is...

"Queen Of The Reich"!!!

Now, that is Rock'n'Roll, people!

p.s. And I kinda like "Jet City Woman". Enough to splurge for the Picture Disc Mini-CD version that's cut-out to outline the shape of a cool photo of an old fighter jet. Look, I have some respect for them. They can't be blamed for not being as Rock'n'Roll as Ratt. Ratt's just more Rock'n'Roll and kicks more a*s than Queenshype, is all. They don't call it Ratt'n'Roll for nothin'.

Metalboy, I wasn't bashing the bands (well, some I would but i'll leave that alone). I'm just not spending approx $600+ it would take for me to see many of these bands that I've seen a gazillion times before.

I am a hard core RATT fan (hell, I went on Shiprocked b/c they were on it few years back) but I just can't justify spending the $$$. I'll have to keep my fingers crossed that things go well with Croucier and hope that I will see them later in the year near my hoemetown.

This HD NET thing seems pretty cool (don't think i have that channel though). OH WELL, I'll be at my local House of Blues that night anyway. I'll have to rely on youtube and FB posts.

I'm there! Don't ask me how I did it, but I will be there, point blank, front and center for Ratt and all the rest!
