Wow! With enough time to plan and the potential I might wind up with some extra cash, I've got a fair shot at seein' 'em in Tampa on December 15th!

And with Cheap Trick in tow, that adds even more irresistability to the prospect. AND what a wonderful way to celebrate the re-election of our President. After all, Tyler and the members of Cheap Trick are registered Democrats! AWESOME!

Me... Just not interested. though Cheap trick makes it slightly tempting. It's hard to watch Cheap trick do a 35-40 minute set though. I'll just catch them on their own.

1) Metalboy if I chose my bands on who the were registered to vote for then I would definitely be in the minority ~ if anything is anti establishment it should be rock n roll. Learn to separate the two :)

2) That being said a road trip to Wichita might be in order to visit an old friend and see if still has an affection for the finer things in life.

Ipod to drive to work song of the morning ~ Devil's Child by Judas Priest (glam enough for ya ?)

BTW ~ Standing offer to and fellow GLAM(er) that is in Dubuque, Iowa on Friday night. LA Guns (phil lewis version). They only sold packs of tickets in 4s for $30. I got dumb and bought 8 :) Free ticket offer standing and have a beer or three or four.

GNR -- I'm just celebrating a coincidence. I loved these bands way before I had any idea of their political leanings or cared. And even though "Devil's Child" by Priest ain't Glam, it sure does ROCK!
