I agree with KixChix.

Crüe is better than RATT is better than KIX is better than Bon Jovi. Winger's and Trixter's music sucks but, nevertheless, they are talented and excellent musicians.

KIX have been the tightest live act since the early, early 1980's.

I used to have a live video of them from "The Seagull" in Baltimore that was about the time of the "Cool Kids" album.

Which was so long ago, it was on Betamax!

Ace! My ex-lead guitarist has that video and transferred it to DVD. He originally taped that off USA Network's "Night Flight". We used to go to The Seagull Inn up in the 'Dena (Pasadena, MD), just outside of Baltimore and about 25 miles from our hometown of Annapolis, to see KIX and Child's Play among others, including The Ramones, many, many times.

I remember seagulls literally hanging out in the parking lot. Then the place became NETWORK for a more 80's vibe. We saw the classic line-ups of L.A. Guns, Quiet Riot, Lizzy Borden, Savatage, Child's Play, The Ravyns and, of course, KIX, among others there.

Even though they made the place NETWORK, the seagulls still remained.

What else can we say about Kix? Excellent live show, and better today than they were in the 80's. I would definitely like to hear some new music.
