Crashdiet Request Fan Help To Fund Tour

Crashdiet are in a bad way right now and the band needs our help. Their manager, Michael John Sunden, recently died in a freak accident. This left the band in financial turmoil, but instead of packing it in, the guys in Crashdiet decided it would be best to continue on with their planned tour.

If you love Crashdiet like I do, you may want to help. Check it out.

These dudes deserve to be huge, they are keeping sleaze & glam alive and well along with hardcore superstar! Those two bands are this generations new sunset strip legends!

I made sure to contribute, you should too as they are doing a damn good job of bringing our beloved hair metal to the masses!

Good band. This is actually a fundraising that we can all get behind!

Totally agree! I'll be sendin' 'em something on Friday, when "I" get paid!

God Bless and God Speed to their deceased Manager. What a tragedy. Anyone who knows what happened to him, please advise!

Rocking Mark and BK are right! Here's a band that deserves to be big AND deserves our help!

Metalboy! I heard that he fell down a couple of steps backstage, hit his head and tragically died because of the head trauma. Poor guy was in his forties. Rest in peace.

That's exactly what happened. He was watching the Saxon show when he slipped and fell down a stair and hit his head on a concrete wall. The dude was such a cool & humble dude, we partied with him and got to be really good friends. I was at their last U.S show in Florida in April when they got the news. We were all supposed to have a huge end of tour bash and nothing happened due to the news. They were totally crushed. They still put on a great show but they were devastated afterwards on the tour bus.

Rita, Rocking Mark -- Thank you. SO sad. Reminds me of Ahmet Ertegun's tragic passing. He, too, fell backstage. Though Ertegun was twice Michael Sunden's age, it's still tragic to hear of our heroes leaving us in such a brutally sad way.
