Lita Ford, Cherie Currie and Slash Perform 'Cherry Bomb'

Lita Ford played the Whisky A Go-Go the other night. Apparently the show was part of the Whisky's month-long 50th anniversary celebration. Joining Lita on stage at on point was former Runaways bandmate Cherie Currie and Slash. The result was an awesome version of "Cherry Bomb." Watch.

Metalboy! - Cherry Bomb is better than anything GNR has done ? You have officially lost any credibility with an ear for music.

Cherry Bomb is a very good song imo. But to say the song would be the highlight of Appetite for Destruction ? Hold on a second while I laugh...

Cherry Bomb is a killer song. But I am with GNR on this one. Appetite For Destruction in my eyes is one of the greatest records of all time. The lyrics alone even..

I wasn't saying I would put it on "Appetite For Destruction", GNR. It's too good for that. IMHO, it's more bada*s than anything on that album.

It's subjective and a matter of personal taste.

p.s. I saw Guns n' Roses 6 times point blank, including their last official club gig at THE BAYOU in Georgetown, Washington, D.C., 2 times at The Roxy (That's 3 with Izzy) and 2 times at Madison Square Garden (nothing later than '92). I played "Appetite" to death for two weeks from the day of it's release, virtually gluing it into the cassette deck in my Black '70 Mustang Mach 1 and into my Walkman. I must have bought it 3 more times to just give my friends. I fried it and I put it away. For me, "Cherry Bomb" blows it away. It's not that I don't see why you would say what you did, GNR and DJ, I just happen to disagree.
