Gary Clark, Jr. Is Everything

I've been getting into guitarist Gary Clark, Jr. lately. He's been popping up on award shows, thus getting some wider attention. I went digging around for video clips of his past performances last night and I came across this little gem produced by Guitar Center. Gary performs the track "Numb" and it is amazing. Check out the solo around the three minute mark. This guy is going to be a legend - mark it.

If you like this google 2010 Eric Clapton's Guitar Festival. Gary played with Doyle Bramhall II and was flat out electric...But hey, whaddya expect from Austin?...churnin' out the guitar heroes.

He's very talented. But his full length was disappointing. Like he can't decide between blues and hip hop.
