Vince Neil Working On New Album
Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 05:01AM
It looks like we're finally getting a follow-up to the 2010 release Tattoos & Tequila. Apparently Vince Neil is working on a new solo album and is already crowd-testing some of those songs. I just wish he'd perform songs from his Exposed album!

Exposed was great though.
And let us not forget "Promise Me"!
I got it from someone within his organization who says he likes some of the "Exposed" stuff better than Crüe. Though I don't agree with that, it is baffling to me why Neil doesn't at least perform "Your Invited But Your Friends Can't Come" during every show.
Sure as h*ll, it would get a great response!
I think the boyz are really smart to get in the studio right away. Mourning Metal Souls like us who are lamenting the loss of Crüe will be curious to listen to all their solo albums in the wake of the fanfare of The All Bad Things Come To An End Tour.
Maybe some good will come of it. Certainly, if it does for Neil, it's a chance for at least some real genuine Rock & Roll redemption and not just only for the money.
Jack T. Ripper? You Sir, Just won the Internet with that lead - in... WELL DONE SIR! ;)
Vince? Just unleash Zoltan Chaney to kick up a beat in rehearsal, let the other guys write a riff or 10, and spit some lyrics...(not every 3rd one,) and pretend you care. You surprised your self, & even me, with what you can still do if you apply your self. Don't sleepwalk thru this & it might even be worthwhile.
Last summer, I went to see Slaughter at my local state fair because 1) They've got some great songs, and 2) I really wanted to see Zoltan drum in person. I understand it's a shtick not everybody enjoys, but as far as entertainment value, there is no other drummer I've ever seen like Zoltan Chaney. I go to (a lot) of concerts for the music and the show. I hate it when bands skimp on production because they "want the focus to be on the music". Screw that, I can put a CD on at home for the music ... I pay to see a show. Zoltan is a one man show worthy of the price of admission.
