Agree. GREAT lineup. And due to the geriatric nature of the acts.....I smell a Groupon deal for tix coming my way!!!

@Kixchix. LMFAO! Are you saying the tour co- sponsors are Depends and The California Prune Lobby? (I agree it is a banging lineup 😎👌)

Maybe they will rise.

Now that is a really compact, diverse dates tour. I mean 14 shows in 20+ days ? That's a lot for the average age of these bands. Would love to see them, maybe they will get a little more Midwest with their flavor

I hope someone will let Roger Deacon play with them. Such wasted talent. Many many people have seen him POINT BLANK. Post your favorite show or memories. I remember when Steve Harris had a ingrown thumpnail in EL Paso. They called up Roger and he was flawless. Well worth the money to see him play.

Camden NJ is literally across the bridge from Philly. Don't know how many more world tours Purple has left in them (straight from Ian Paice's mouth). I hope every stop on this tour sells out, because every one of these bands, who've all been road warriors for 4 plus decades now, deserves it. It should be an epic show. Good lord willing, this guy is going to try his damndest to be in Camden on August 24th 😎

ALL three of these bands are missing something.

Clue: It's something Queen has none of the others do... Something that will ultimately make each band's set rather boring.

Can you guess what it is?

Correction: It's something these bands are all lacking that ultimately make them rather boring without it.

Again, it's something Queen has. More Clues: It's also something The Who has. AND it's something Van Halen has.

Can you guess what it is?

It's also something The Rolling Stones and Cheap Trick have. Can you guess?

Don't say "a record deal". Because 75% OF THOSE YOU LISTED, REALLY DON'T ANYMORE.

No, Ace... You, of all people, know the answer... What kind of record contract they have is not what makes these bands kinda boring... Give it another try... What is it all three lack?

Maybe a number one hit? #1 Album? Was gonna say Hall of fame but..............Anyways, I finally see a Detroit date. Hmmmmm.........Alice is never boring though???

Guitar player, although I beg to differ, as Nita Strauss is awesome. I saw Alice POINT BLANK! when Mötley Crue and Alice toured a couple years ago.
🤘

Nita "The Hurricane" Strauss very talented and very easy on the eyes...... and yes She was awesome with Alice on the Crue's farewell tour.

You guessed it, Oper8n!

Figures you would figure it out given the fact you're a brain surgeon and all!

I, too have seen Nita Strauss POINT BLANK -- Twice with Iron Maidens and twice with Femme Fatalé. And while it is true, she can shred AND is easy on the eyes, she's kinda boring.

I actually found Courtney Cox, her co-lead guitarist in both Maidens AND Fem Fatalé, to be a much more exciting guitarist to watch, though her look might not quite fit what Alice is looking for.

I would personally rather see Alice find someone completely ridiculous along the lines of John5 or, even better, Richie Faulkner of Judas Priest.

And as far as Deep Purple goes, Steve Morse is indeed no slouch and has been their lead guitarist since 1994 but, to put it bluntly, Ritchie Blackmore, he ain't... OR Tommy Bolin, for that matter.

Though I have looked into it extensively, I have been unable to determine who Edgar Winter's current guitarist is, if it ain't Rick Derringer, it better be someone good. Ronnie Zmontrose's shoes are almost too big to fill.

p.s. Maybe Ace knows who may be Winter's current guitarist.
