I had no idea Tommy Lee was battling alcoholism, or to a level so severe. Two gallons of vodka a day is just tragic. I wish him well and I send positive thoughts to everyone battling addiction. Take care of each other.

First off, Happy 58th birthday today. Tommy. You’ll always be the worlds oldest teenager. Call me skeptical, but I gotta think a 57 year old,135 lb dude drinking 2 gallons of vodka daily would not only die, but be legally freaking embalmed, making it really easy on the undertaker. Me thinks there’s a little exaggeration there.

That being said, Addiction blows. Been there,done that. Glad to see he’s got a handle on it for now. Rock on freaky bro 🤟😂

Better to battle those demons and get better. So on that count, I second what Gary said! And that disaster that happened with him and his son seems to have been patched up. So that also speaks to mending fences and getting a better perspective. Also good.

But to second Gary on another point: Motley Crue has a history of tall tales when it comes to excess. So he is--hmm, what should I call it?--"waking up at 6:00am"? See what I did there?!?!

I saw Johnny Winter in the late 90’s at a club in NYC when the man was drinking a gallon of Absolut Vodka a day and he looked so frail and could barely sing let alone hold and play his guitar.

They had to carry him up in stage and lead him off, holding him up ... It almost looked like they were wheeling him on and off the stage on a hand truck.

God Bless him, he changed his ways a couple years after and just in time ... Let’s hope Tommy Lee can stay off The Devil’s Blood before it’s too late!
