Sidebar: Sirius/XM's Hair Nation is proving all of us wrong (sorta') this weekend. They are doing their "Goes to 11" thingy for the holiday. Counting down the best songs from the 80s. And, guess what? They aren't just playing the usual songs. Deeper cuts, rarely heard on Hair Nation. Which raises the question: why don't they just do that sort of thing all year long? It seems as if it isn't an issue of clearing the songs for play. So what gives?!?! Either way, it is nice to hear some diversity in their playlists.

Quick question: how did you come up with your moniker? I am always interested in how people on here came up with their pen names.

I’m from Louisiana, where the letter combination “eaux” is at the end of a lot of words and names. It’s pronounced “oh.” So a last name “Comeaux” is pronounced “como.”

Joel is my first name, my last name starts with “O”, so joeleaux is a cajun way of saying “Joel O.”

And what about yours?
