Playlist Of The Month - Volunteers Needed

So many of you mentioned wanting to read about playlists in this new year. That is great, so we will do a playlist of the month, by theme. I will need your help. I can build a playlist via Amazon Music but I will need someone to build the same playlist on Spotify and on Apple Music. I do not have either. I have the paid Amazon Music account and I do not want to buy another service.

I will put the playlists, segmented by month, on the left sidebar in a new category.

If you want to help and would be willing to commit to one playlist per month, please email me at allyson@bringbackglam.com and put "playlist" in the subject line.

The theme for January's playlist will be New Year, New Music. This means focusing on new tunes from bands we love and discovering new bands, too. After I get the volunteers lined up, I will announce the date of the release of the first playlist.

Spotify is pretty simple. Make an account ~ start a playlist with one song, change the private playlist to public (collaborative), and share the link. Anyone with the link can add to it.

Is there a way to fax you our songs? How about via telex? Perhaps we could just share them in Second Life? I am here right now, next to an abandoned Coca Cola store, swatting at these weird-looking birds. Oh wait. Gotta go. A dancing baby just blew by the "under construction" pylons.

Sorry. I will stop with the 'baud' jokes . . . for now.

I suggest we add White Dog's "The Lantern" to our 'new' playlist:

Sounds like proto-metal to me. And they do the gimmick quite well.
