@Jack you're right he puts on a hell of a show!
Toto seems like an odd band for this tour. I could maybe see Weezer?
If it was _Toto_, they should be the headliner. That said, Lukather could give the side-eye to Schon and still class up a joint! But it is what is its, Schon and Cain's Journey and Lukather's Toto. You get what you can get, right? Schon's face, taunt and unforgiving (and a masturbatory rictus grin to scare both young and old alike!); Lukather's fright wig hair and amazing guitar playing (notice who I mentioned when it came to guitar?).
Idol still rocks, even if that hair ain't his and he has a sorta' "Troy McClure" Whiplash Smile these days (sorry for the very specific Simpsons joke). So does Steve Stevens, even if he looks like a cast-member for "The Real Aunts of New Jersey" these days! I'd rather see Idol in a club or opening for bands that are somewhat related to him (not me, mind you). Then again, when you jump ship from The Bromley Contingent to make bucks turning punk into pop, you reap what you sow . . . with a Rebel Yell? Or is it Mony Mony? Or, now, these days, just money? PSA: Remember motorcycle safety.
I wrote several posts on here, several years ago, themed "Twilight of the Gods." We are seeing it. Odd pairings. Less members. What did you expect?
Besides, he looked just fine when he shaved his head in 2020. But, even there, it suggests a newer forest, not old growth. And I say all of this as a man who has nothing to brag about when it comes to the top of his dome! Don't care either. I must be lacking the vanity, energy, or money (maybe all three) to worry about my hair. Besides, I have a face for radio. So who is going to worry about my follicles?!?!
And, if I am wrong, I am wrong. It was a throwaway joke, after all.
Thus ends the Vidal (or is it "Vital"?) Sassoon portion of the show. Try the veal!
