About The Concert Floodgates...

Here's another tour announcement. Megadeth, Lamb of God, Trivium and In Flames will kick-off their rescheduled tour August 20. The run is called The Metal Tour Of The Year. I don't hate that title!

Couldn’t care less about Trivium or In Flames but seeing LOG & Megadeth back to back, would be fucking epic! Hope this happens. 🤞🏼

i hate the way tours are turning these days. three to four bands on the road together and only one i want to see - but i have to pay a steeper admission since it’s all of them. guess i’ll wait to see megadeth some other time.

I got word that my pal never returned our PNC/NJ tickets from last year, and they are good for this new date. I am pumped. The new LOG record is a monster and I can't wait to hear it performed live. Full day tailgate and 4 pro bands! Let's go!

I hope the title of the tour is meant to be a bit tongue-in-cheek (or, perhaps, Hook in Mouth!).

Megadeth? I am in! LOG? Hmm? I think I set a triptych of Hieronymus Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights" on fire when I was younger. Does that count for the rest of the bill?

But . . . this is progress. But . . . this is just a beginning. But . . . this is still relegated to the other side of the country. Clash of the Titans, Europe or US, this is certainly not.

The (best you can hope for in certain locations that will allow it) Metal Tour of the Year (that is certainly going be interesting)? Yup. Certainly is.
