This is not a drill: Iron Maiden will release a new album called Senjutsu on September 3. There's a new Eddie, too (see below).

maiden has been my favorite band for decades, and i don’t see that ever changing. but i really question the band’s progression lately. the song structure feels like the guys are trying too hard to reinvent themselves. that said, i’ll buy it first day (for the cover art alone) and be front row at the supporting tour.

I only heard the song once yesterday and will go back and listen again, but my first thought was sounds good.

Worth another listen, although Bruce's voice sounded a bit rough to me. First impression. But glad there is a new album coming.
