Bret Michaels To Release New Music January 18

Bret Michaels will release a new song called "Back In The Day" on January 18. He will also do a Facebook live that day to promote the track and video. Fans will have a chance to ask Bret real time questions during that live event as well. More details are promised on the Facebook live.

I sort of want to go to this Parti Gras stop. My luck there will be a blizzard in southern Ohio that day or something.

I think you just need to curl up on your couch with your BM's pet rock, the smell of your BM's candle wafting through the room. No BM's music, mind you. But you should be right as rain, Metalboy! Right as rain!!!

Nice to see you posting. Hope your 2023 is off to a good start.

Just one question: Why Bret after a successful stadium run with Poison where many say the band stole the show did you again dump CC, Rikki and Bobby for your own personal ego? You could have built on that momentum and joined the world tour with Lep and Crue. You could have done a Glam Slam Metal jam in amphitheaters this summer with Ratt, LA Guns, Tom Keifer and Vixen (or substitute any other 80’s band still touring except Bon Jovi).

But no you have to go play the very small amphitheaters with Nightranger (good choice though) and some other band.

I love Poison. On behalf of CC, Rikki and Bobby, Bret, you missed a shot here and that really sucks for the other 3 and us fans!

Good points all, Steverox. But I don't think that he thinks that way. And, sadly, his fans suffer. Why? Because many of them would rather see all of them on stage together.

I think leaning into being a brand robs you of some perspective, even as it gains you some money. Friends? Who? :Legacy? What? On to the next show, friend (now potential problems for your overall finances even if they are members of the band that made you famous) not in tow.
