KIX Prepare To Walk Away

Hard to believe, but we finally reached the end of the road with KIX. The band will play their final show tomorrow at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Baltimore. I wish I could see them live one last time - but I know everyone in attendance will have a blast. I am so glad Ronnie "10/10" Younkins will be playing some songs with the band, too. The guitarist has had plenty of struggles with addiction lately. He's cleaned up again and ready to join in on the farewell fun.

If you are going to the show, try to get one of these rare picks! If you are in the area, I think there are still tickets available.

Great great band. Let’s see if they mean it. Seems like they do. Good for them. Look forward to videos and reminisce on why I chose their name as part of my handle on this here site…. Ahhhh that’s nice. Peace

Thank you for your comment, Kixchix.

If I had a crystal ball, I'm figuring that Steve Whiteman will go the Mike Tramp or John Corabi route; be and opener, as a solo act, with a scaled back set or even acoustic sets.

I just can't imagine him simply walking away for good. He seems to enjoy his job too much. I don't blame him...or begrudge him should he decide to forge on. He's done it. He earned it.

A very under appreciated band that I had the honor of seeing twice in the early to mid 90’s! Great band to listen to but an even better band to see live!!! Not to mention they all seemed to be pretty cool dudes 🤘🏼
