Geoff Tate To Do 'Operation Mindcrime' In Full For Last Time

Singer Geoff Tate has announced a new tour called Operation Mindcrime: The Final Chapter. During the shows, he will perform the classic Queensrÿche album in full for the last time. There are a lot of dates on the tour, so you have plenty of chances to see the original Queensrÿche singer do his thing with the band's famous concept album.

Tickets are on sale Friday. I'm going to pass on this tour because I've seen Geoff do this show already.

i wonder if, after geoff’s farewell to mindcrime tour, queensrÿche can then tour playing this album completely. or if the settlement they have is binding until death?

Yeah, well he should let it go and let them do it if he’s going to hang it up.

Given that he moonlights as a tour guide in Rome (or is it vice-versa, and he’s actually moonlighting as a singer?), he would probably let it go pretty cheap.
