New Axl Rose and Michael Schenker Video

Another UFO cover is here from guitarist Michael Schenker! This time the vocals are done by Axl Rose. "Love to Love is on Michael's new album My Years with UFOBrian Tichy is doing the drum work here as well.

Lots of online comments about not being able to fathom UFO vocals by anyone other than Phil Mogg. I don't agree with that sentiment - do you?

while axl has done some great. overs in the past and had some really neat vocal stretches … this is not one of them. but i applaud schenker for trying.

Well this post has prompted me to order both CDs: this and Mogg's Motel.
A cover is always going to be different - I think that's the point - and better/worse will always be up for debate.
