David Gilmour, 'Luck and Strange' Out Now

This is not a drill! David Gilmour's new release Luck and Strange is out now. I can't wait for work to be over today so I can give the album a proper listen. I'm getting excited about the show in a couple months too! I will never see Pink Floyd live, but David's show will be a close substitute!

I hope it met all your expectations ABC! I took a gander this morning and listened.

Me? A casual Floyd fan from the college days. One may know or not know that period in the late 80’s early ‘90’s whilst a youngster trying find a way, found a way to pass time and discovered art like The Wall Dark Side and A Clockwork Orange. You catch my drift. Found my way. 35 years later but I did.

David gives us something chill. His airy guitar is up front and there for all his disciples to hear. I respect all he has done. I just will not listen to this on repeat or try and sync it with Goodfellas or something. But I did discover a gem. Yes, I Have Ghosts is pretty awesome and beautiful. So thanks for putting it on my radar. Enjoy the weekend!
