It's Giving AC/DC Meets Skid Row

Swedish rock band Crazy Lixx are back with new music. Their song "Call of the Wild" is out today and sounds like a cross of old AC/DC and Sebastian Bach-era Skid Row. I'm dead serious in that comparison and I mean it in the best way possible. This is gritty glam with some gang chorus-type fun.

Crazy Lixx are keeping rock alive, and thank glam for that!

This kind of sucks - Joel Cirera has announced his departure from Crazy Lixx. This after the band just released a great new album Two Shots At Glory. I guess we will know the new drummer soon enough.

I love that Crazy Lixx use 80s and 90s metal movies for their current videos. The clips in the video below are from the movie Airheads! (Yes, I love that stupid movie).

Crazy Lixx, 'Fire It Up' -- New Song

How did I miss this?! My beloved Crazy Lixx released a new song and it is called "Fire It Up." The song is from the upcoming album Two Shots At Glory, due in early 2024. And yes, that is an absolutely badass album title for a Glam band.

This new album is going to be so good.

Monsters Of Rock Cruise 2024 Lineup

The 2023 edition of the Monsters of Rock Cruise just wrapped. The next one will happen March 2 - 7, 2024 with stops in Jamaica and the Bahamas with Miami, Florida as homeport. The event's Facebook page added a graphic of artists for the next cruise and it includes The Darkness and Crazy Lixx!

Cabins go on sale soon - I would expect the event to sell out quickly, as per usual.
