2022 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class Announced

The inductees for the 2022 class of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame were announced this morning. Guess what? Judas Priest made it in! The full slate of new inductees is below. The list includes Pat Benatar, Lionel Richie and yes, Dolly Parton.

Well This Is Ridiculous (Rock Hall, Of Course)

I am so glad it is Friday. Talk about a long, frustrating work week. The work itself is fine. I just had constant battles with technology, day after day. I'm so tired of it, I took the afternoon off, and I am looking forward to resting and going to happy hour with Eric.

So the other day, patron Queen of awesome Dolly Parton bowed out of her Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nomination... for not being a rock artist. Now the Rock Hall says tough, you're still nominated and you're going to like it. So what happens if and when Dolly makes the cut? Does she attend the induction ceremony or refuse again? Would that make her look bad in all this? Insanity.

2022 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Nominees Announced

The nominees are in for the 2022 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. To me, it's an odd and unbalanced list. Judas Priest is on the list and they should get in, as should the New York Dolls. Rage Against The Machine will get in I'm sure and Dolly Parton should be welcome absolutely anywhere, always. What do you think about the list - and who will get in?
