Adam Lambert Performs with Queen

Adam Lambert and Queen performed together recently at the EMAs (European Music Awards). Basically, the performance was awesome.

I wish Adam would just lay off the consistent vibrato. He sounds like a cross between Stevie Nicks & a bleating sheep. For the most part he'd be OK if Queen just wanted to tour again, But it'd be like picking up a karaoke singer to stand in for a vocal legend. This just shows how GOOD Freddie Mercury was as a vocalist! No offense to Adam, but I'm sure even he would admit he doesn't hold a candle to Freddie.

In all due respect, Freddie was a legend, but Adam can easily compete with him in my opinion. If he would tour with them, it would be the bst way to see queen now a days since Freud I'd isn't here.

True, Lambert ain't no Mercury but ain't too bad here. There's no denyin' the kid can sing. Ace you are right about the vibrato, but that may be his voice when he's strainin' toreach for Mercury's heights when it cones to this material.

Plus, it's right up his alley. As misguided as Lambert is, professionally, he seems like he lives for this kinda stuff.

Now, if he could just aspire to this kind of greatness with his own material!

See? We SEE Lambert's work and it's poorly packaged. However, when you listen, you hear just an incredible voice. Too bad his music just duzn't ROCK hard enuff.

Any intelligent fan of Freddie wold recognize that Adam Lambert can sing better then anyone in todays music world,he certainly is not trying to prove that he is Freddie,nobody is Freddie but Freddie himself,he is Adam Lambert( who can sing by the way), Brian May and Tayler requested him to sing with them. Queen band is here to survive and make living with what they love, which is performing,people don't stop living and surviving just because someone passed on in their group/family. Life goes on and bills needs to be paid and have to keep doing what you love, that is what Brian and Taylor trying to do and if you love the band then let them live their dream of performing.
