I Really Dig New Medicine

I was flipping through my XM stations yesterday and landed on Octane. The song that was on was "Laid" by New Medicine. Instead of immediately flipping like I normally would, I paused and found myself enjoying the song and the band! New Medicine remind me of Buckcherry. That means there's some classic Glam vibes mixed in with the new music fun!

New Medicine released the album Race You to the Bottom in 2010. I'd like to see them at Rock on the Range this May. They played the 2010 version of Rocklahoma, but I didn't get to see the band's whole set so I'd like another shot. Check them out.

I've gotta agree...This is crap. I hear no Buckcherry feel whatsoever, just generic modern rock garbage with that stupid telephone effect on the vocals in the chorus that's been done to death since about 1994.

I could listen to it and its new so thats a plus. They just needed a ripping solo in there to push the song over the top.

Is having a Buckcherry feel a good thing? I was kind of getting a Papa Roach vibe listening to it. Seen em twice- at Rocklahoma and Rockfest KC. They were not standouts at either show. Rock on the Range seems like a strong possibility

I saw these guys on another bill, they are horrible.
