Crashdiet Release Sneak Peek of New Music

Everyone knows I love Crashdiet. They are one of my favorite bands, period. Imagine my excitement when I read the news that the band released a sneak peek of new music! The band is working on a new record, set for an early 2013 release. Crashdiet hasn't released new music since 2010, so the record is well overdue (at least for me!)

The sneak peek below is of the demo for "Anarchy." You have to wait forever to get to the meat of the song, but it is worth it!

Crashdiet is heading to America soon. I wish I could see them in concert. Here are the dates:

Aug. 15 - Whisky A Go Go - Hollywood, CA
Aug. 16 - Vamp'd - Las Vegas, NV
Aug. 18 - Kiss Lounge - Toluca, MX
Aug. 19 - Rock And Road Bar - Mexico City, MX
Aug. 22 - House Of Rock - Baltimore, MD
Aug. 24 - Webster Hall Studio - New York, NY

Already set up for the Las Vegas and Baltimore shows. Got SIN 4 SIN on the bill for the show in Maryland. SIN 4 SIN has played my "M-Pre Party" the last 2 years. Should be a great show.

Still thinking about hitting the New York show as WILDSTREET will be opening.

Rock-It! WOW, Bro! Gotta hand it to ya! You are really makin' the cause to Bring Back Glam happen!

First Wildstreet at your M-Pre Party -- Wait, didn't you have somebody else play there before Wildstreet? -- then add Sin4Sin and now you're involved in this! I mean, Crash Diet playin' Baltimore?! That's really movin' the ball to Bring Back Glam!

Ace! Ya gotta make sure you're goin' to see 'em at the Whisky!

Man, I wish I could see 'em in NYC! It feels like The Clash playin'
Bond's when they first hit!

This will do so much to... Do I really have to say it again?...

This is HUGE!!!

Now can you get Reckless Love to play?

p.s. Where will I be during all of this, you may ask? Unfortunately on Desolation Boulevard somewhere in Florida counting my pennies for MORC, which needs some newer bands like those above! They did get Saxon, though!

I hear you on counting pennies, Metalboy. All my vacation time and money is already allocated to an end-of-year vacation. I'd love to see the Vegas stop of this Crashdiet tour!

Good sneak peek. Setup nicely to keep get to the "meat" of the song.

Heading to see Tesla, Great White (no Jack), and Slaughter on Saturday. Wish me luck.

Ipod to drive to work song of the morning ~ Gunfighter by Dangerous Toys (glam enough for ya ?)

Oh, man -- all this talk is killing me! Now I wish I could go to both the Baltimore AND NYC shows, especially after Tommy's and Suzy's descriptions! Dammit, I gotta stick to my plan to go on The Monsters of Rock Cruise which means I ain't goin' nowhere and savin' up for the cruise.

And, Yes, GNR! Dangerous Toys is Glam enough!

But Tesla is not. I seriously don't know why you bother.

Tesla = Zzzzzzzz...

I did hear Mark Slaughter got his voice back, though. "Up All Night Sleep All Day"!

Sadly, I am unable to attend any of the upcoming Crashdiet performances.

If any other Michigan locals want to party DOKKEN & John Carabi are doing a free show at the Lapeer Days Festivial the night of Saturday, August 18th, starting at 8pm.

My friend Bob told me he's goin' to The Whisky show. Damn, I think these guys are gonna make a little history on this tour. If I was up north, I would definitely catch 'em either in NYC or Baltimore. Tryin' to talk my ex-lead guitarist into goin' to the Baltimore show as these guys are gonna kick-a*s!
