Poison Video Question

I'm legitimately asking this question for a friend: in the Poison video for "Your Mama Don't Dance," Bobby Dall gets arrested. Why? I can't seem to find an answer - but I know there is one out there. The footage looks legit. I'm sure I've come across the answer at some point or another, but I just can't remember the reason for the arrest anymore.

When my friend emailed me about this the other day, I sort of stared at my email, stumped. I can usually answer questions about Glam bands... but not this time. So please, help if you can.

Hi. I am from Nashville and was at that concert back in 1990. Yes. He was arrested for public intoxication. They finished the set without him. I think they maybe played 3 more songs. But he was out pretty soon after
