Poison Video Question

I'm legitimately asking this question for a friend: in the Poison video for "Your Mama Don't Dance," Bobby Dall gets arrested. Why? I can't seem to find an answer - but I know there is one out there. The footage looks legit. I'm sure I've come across the answer at some point or another, but I just can't remember the reason for the arrest anymore.

When my friend emailed me about this the other day, I sort of stared at my email, stumped. I can usually answer questions about Glam bands... but not this time. So please, help if you can.

Wow - I haven't seen that video in ages, and it holds up really well and it does a great job capturing the vibe of a big, arena rock show from that era.

As for the Bobby Dall thing, I always figured it was just some random drunk & disorderly thing rather than anything serious. They were heavy partiers and I'm sure got into their share of trouble. It's also very possible that it was staged.

Very cool video. It really bums me out I wasn't around in these times. Sure I have seen Poison and been to cool shows, but there would be nothing like a show in 70s, 80s, and 90s. When Rock N Roll was real and people stuck to it. As far as the arrest. I would probably think it was public intoxication or something like Bryon said, either that or it was just staged.

I am 90% sure it was for a "public decency" rap.
It used to be there were certain things you just couldn't say from a public stage.
Ask Dee Snider, David Lee Roth, or the late Jim Morrison. They all got handcuffed leaving the stage as well.

I was waiting for Mr. Steele's comments; I figured he would have some knowledge. On a semi-related note, have you all seen the interview with Mr. Dall regarding the potential for an upcoming Poison tour this summer where they may play 40 to 60 amphitheaters? It's rumored they may tour with KISS and Def Leppard. Holy Crap. I hope it's true. It may be a "nostalgia" tour and they may have the same old setlist, but I still think it would be sweet, and maybe Def Leppard will have some new stuff. There was a link on metal sludge (hope I've not offended anyone by mentioning another site, but there are all kinds of links on the side). Anyway, Happy Valentine's Day, too.

I have never seen KISS so I hope that is a legitimate tour. Love going to shows, even if poison play they same 15 hit songs, it will still be pretty fun. Love to hear some deeper cuts, but I guess you cannot please everybody.

When I Googled "Bobby Dall arrest", nothing came up. I figured Ace would know because he knows these guys from his Sunset Strip Days.

I thought I read something about it back in the day?
All that ever kept coming up was the 2006 fight Bobby & Bret had on stage.

I thought somebody here would have been able to come up w/a definitive answer.

I was at this Show. It was in Nashville TN. Bobby spit on the police. And said some harsh words on stage about about the Metro Police Dept. Back stage was shut down until Bobby was taken away and police was waiting for him to walk off stage then arrested him. But before he walk off stage he said in the mic.
