'The Final Tour' Sizzle Reel

Last night I stumbled on the sizzle reel for Motley Crue's current tour. The video is what you would expect, but the interesting thing is the music: the reel features a longer snippet of Motley's new song. I haven't heard this much of "All Bad Things Must End" before and it is surprisingly good. I mean, it's not Shout At the Devil good, but I think it's definitely solid. What do you think?

As a huge Motley fan, I think the new song is "okay." Definitely not up to the caliber of the SOLA material. And I think it's interesting that they dropped it from the set list several weeks ago. I have to assume that it didn't go over very well live.

Speaking of the show, Allison, I know you recently mentioned that you don't care for big productions. Well this big production was spectacular! Say what you will about Motley, but they can never be accused of not investing in their live performances. I was thoroughly entertained.

And never having seen Alice Cooper before, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't realized how many songs I knew. His band was amazing and he just killed it.

Great, great show!

I think it's a great song. I hope they do an ep or album while going out, they have a few more songs in em. I'm seeing them on Friday, it's gonna be a killer show. Hopefully this sneaks back into the set.

The song is even worse the "Sex", which says a lot. I should have went and saw Motley in 2005 when they still played live. I will stick to my vinyl and CDs if I wanna listen to pre-recorded music. I still like Motley Crue and listen to them at least once a week. But you couldn't pay me to see the farce of a "live" show they put on now.

\m/ I LOVE THIS SONG and I LOVE MOTLEY CRUE! \m/

Here's hoping they put out a full album that's all killer, no filler.

That would be what is commonly known as going out in style.
