Bobby Blotzer's RATT Experience: First Videos

I was 100% skeptical when Bobby Blotzer announced he was starting a band and calling it Bobby Blotzer's RATT Experience. As the way things are (or aren't I suppose is more accurate) with the original RATT lineup these days, Blotzer's new group is the only option. Well Blotzer and company played together for the first time this past weekend... and the clips from the show are really awesome. The members are Bobby Blotzer, Josh Alan, Scott Griffin, Doc Ellis & Blaze. Here's some clips.

Ripper is a Big fan of Pearcy but this guys vocals are real good! Ripper would def catch this show if it rolled into town! Lets hope it's not on Chest/back day though! Ripper is always wiped out after a big workout day!!!!!

Yeah, they're pretty good but it's just missin' a little sumpin' sumpin', mainly that little extra X-factor in the uniqueness of Pearcy's voice (even when it's shot) and that little extra speediness of DiMartini and Cavazo on the solos.

But, hey, the guy does a pretty good impression of Pearcy, no doubt, and these dudes can play guitar. Go figure, it's Blotzer who's wingin' it the most, hahaha!!!

p.s. I say put them on the Monsterwood a Cruise out of L.A. One other gripe -- Stupid Name! He shoulda just called it "BLOTZER"! I know, I know... Blotz thinks he's gotta do it the dumb way for the bars and promoting, but just imagine his distinguished last name all in chrome in RATT's typeface. \m/

I love the singer, he sounds killer but the name is stupid.
Like Metalboy! said he should have just gone by Blotzer.
Using the font of the Ratt logo would have caught peoples attention.
The flyers for the concerts could easily just say Blotzer (featuring the drummer from Ratt paying all the hits)...
or something like that.
I see flyers like that all the time.

Nice job Blotz on finding a singer. Maybe you can find one for Jake RDC or Skid Row. Theres a few more bands he might can help too. Band sounds good not a lot of flash but songs are played well. To hear music that hasnt been played in a while or live is a plus.

Impressive.if Ratt ever decides to tour again without Pearcy, they've found his replacement (at least voice wise) in this kid. He nails it.That being said,it's still a glorified cover band. After recently finishing Pearcy's book, I don't see a reunion anytime soon.Also, It's a toss up as to who's the bigger douche bucket,him or Blotzer. Lol. But there is absolutely zero love lost between them nor has there been for a verrrry long time.its a shame,because they kicked ass together.
