Bang Tango, 'Attack of Life' Movie Now Online

The Bang Tango documentary Attack of Life is now online for free, legal viewing via YouTube. The clip was placed by documentary creator and Bang Tango guitarist Drew Fortier. The movie is just under 90 minutes. I haven't had time to watch the film yet, but I definitely want to check it out.

Can't wait to watch it!

They're a funky band that brought something unique to our scene.

A cool band with one of the most awesome album names ever, "Pistol Whipped in the Bible Belt."

"Psycho Café" was soled and possessing their standout track, "Someone Like You", easily one of the Top 25 Greatest Glam Metal Songs of All Time.

As I've mentioned before, I saw these guys point blank at Limelight in NYC in 1992 when Slash joined them onstage for two songs at the end of the show.

Joe Lesté told me over drinks at the wrap party on The Monsters of Rock Cruise a few years back that was also the night MCA told him they were dropping them for reasons which shouldn't be too hard for all you ROCKIT scientists to figure out. But I'm sure they're not the reasons he thinks, hahaha!!!

This movie is like the film version of a book about being in a band, where your Vocalist has an incurable case of L.S.D.... {Lead Singer's Disease} .
There's really no question why none of the other members of the real version of Bang Tango are around, is there?

Great documentary- unfortunately, the very end showing them in an amphitheater playing to about 50 people is truly sad to see.. More power to Joe Leste for keeping the band going, but at what point do you just give it up?

I'll have to check it out. Pretty cool, unique, and underrated band.

Yes, the ampitheatre scene was rough. Bang Tango was probably the opening band of a small festival. It was prob early in the day but rough just the same. Whenever Rip has saw them yhe crowd was thicker then that. Hey 50 people or 500, Joe still gets to live his dream 25 years and running. Pretty Sweet!

Jack, brace yourself... I'm afraid I have to agree with you... Leste, voice completely shot (as opposed to half shot at the height of his career), fronting a band with no original members left and playing to a crowd of fifty, still gets to do what I or many others on here can only wish for... Living the Rock & Roll Dream!
