Jetboy Release New Music, Lyric Video

Happy Saturday.
It's a dark, rainy and cold day here in my part of the world. This is always the start of the "hard" months for me. The days get short, it's cold, damp and the weather is just the pits. I try to do things that cheer me up like going for a run, listening to some new music or planning a trip somewhere sunny and warm so I can escape Ohio for awhile.
The new music I'm listening to today is from Jetboy. The band has a new song called "Beating the Odds" from Born To Fly which comes out at the end of January. Let me know what you think.

Though this one, “Beating The Odds” (which is slated as the album’s opening track in the running order,), seems a tad uninspired, if the title song is any indication, “Born to Fly” is going to be a helluva great album.
I’m particularly looking forward to hearing the album’s closer, “Party Time”, which, judging from the title, should be a quite the Rocker we have come to expect from this always terrific band as even something like “Beating the Odds” is still vastly superior to the majority of the “Mod Metal” pablum du jour you can amass to your collection by reading such boring sites as “Blabbermouth” or listening to some of the crap passing as Metal Apple Music recommends ever day.
Hear, hear (pun intended) for the Frontiers label for giving all our heroes like Jetboy a platform for us to listen to their new music.
Can you imagine how great a “Frontiers Festival” Tour featuring it’s biggest acts would be?! It would be so much better than what has amounted to The Hair Metal Chittlin’ Circle we are faced with currently featuring the same half dozen bands over and over, though, admittedly, some are on Frontiers.
If they do decide to launch such a tour, just puleez leave Eddie Chump behind. We really don’t need any of that a*sclown’s blather hogging up the stage and distracting us from actual talent such as Jetboy!
