Get Well Vince Neil!

No hate or memes, please. Vince Neil took a bad fall off the stage during his performance at Monsters on the Mountain fest in Tennessee last night. He was hospitalized and broke ribs as a result of the fall.

During the performance, Vince tripped and fell about four feet onto cement. Let me tell you, four feet is a decent amount to fall when your body is going to hit cement. I still have pretty regular nightmares about my fall that caused my broken shoulder over the summer. For Vince to break several ribs, he had to hit very hard.

Vince's solo band finished the show for the crowd. Here's the moment of the fall:

It is amazing that this doesn't happen more often given how stages are set up. What, with dark areas and bright lights, no less other distractions, I can certainly understand how easily this could happen.
